This roadside Inn on the edge of the Lake District is perfectly placed to explore the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales. The bar, hotel entrance and restaurant areas were looking tired and weary, having fallen into the stereotypical country pub look that lacked a unique identity. The brief was to give this large pub and eatery a fresh but cosy new look, accentuating its heritage.
