A historic pub, set in the idyllic picturesque North Yorkshire village of Giggleswick. The brief here was a complete re-furbishment of the bar and restaurant areas. The pub was very dated and had fallen victim of 80’s and 90’s cover ups hiding some of the original architecture. The client wanted the pub to have a traditional but modern country vibe, whilst increasing the food covers.
